Shooting Suspect in Custody
At about 2:00 PM a subject called police stating his car had been stolen. The victim is familiar with Noah Figliolino and believed he was the one he saw take the vehicle. The information was put out to law enforcement across the state.
During the course of the investigation an arrest warrant was obtained for Figliolino for Aggravated Assault.
At approximately 2:30 PM a trooper with the North Dakota Highway Patrol spotted the stolen vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 2 near Berthold. When additional officers made it to the area, a traffic stop was conducted and Noah Figliolino was taken into custody without incident. Figliolino was arrested on the outstanding warrant in reference to the shooting this morning in southwest Minot.
