Stolen Car Returned To Man Fighting Cancer

A young man battling cancer had his car stolen, but thanks to the power of social media, it was found and returned. Daniel Noble of Vancouver, Washington was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and uses his car to get to medical appointments, so when he discovered it had been stolen from his apartment parking space, he was crushed.

The 20-year-old’s story spread on social media and within a few days, two men spotted his car in Portland and waited with it until the police arrived. The thief actually got there first, but these good samaritans stopped him from leaving with Noble’s car once again and now he’s got his wheels back.

"It's just an old 90's Miata, but to me it's a lot more than that," he says. "I've been going through chemo for the last month, and seeing my car gone was something I really did not need at the time. I feel so blessed to have it back.”
