Minot State University senior center fielder Jordan Grant has been named to the 2017 NSIC Softball All-Conference first team. It marks her third straight all conference selection, but her first as a member of the first team. She was the only Beaver to be named to the 36 member first and second teams.
Grant led the Beavers and finished second in the Northern Sun with a 481 batting average and was second overall in the NSIC in stolen bases with 38. She was 38 of 39 in stolen base attempts. She was also fourth in the league in on base percentage at 530 and was sixth in hits with 65.
Regular season champion Minnesota had the most all selections with 7, 4 on the first team. Runnerup Winona State had 6 total selection, also with 4 on the first team.
