Three student-athletes and one team will be inducted this fall into the Minot State University Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place on Friday, October 4th at 5:30pm at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center.
CARLA BRUNSELL-CLARK- WOMEN'S BASKETBALL, CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK AND FIELD 1995-1998)
*Named NAIA Honorable Mention All American in basketball in 1998
*Named All-Conference in basketball in 1997 and 1998
*Set school records for steals in a game (9), season (160) and career (326)
*Led Minot State to two NDCAC Championships and NAIA Division 2 National Tournaments in 1996 and 1997
*Was a national qualifer and NDCAC Champion in 400 Meter Hurdles
JORDAN KELLY-MEN'S GOLF(2006-2010)
*Earned 4 consecutive Dakota Athletic Conference Most Valuable Player awards
*4-time All-Dakota Athletic Conference team selection
*Finished with 8 DAC individual title, including 3 as a freshman in 2006-2007
*Led the Beavers to three straight DAC team titles and one runner-up finish
*Wrapped up career with a 73.3 scoring average as a senior with low round of 69 at Jamestown College Invitational
BRIAN ROHLES-FOOTBALL (2006-2009)
*Named First Team All-Conference for three consecutive season in 2007, 2008 and 2009
*First Team All-American selection by American Football Coaches Association in 2009
*As a team captain was named the DAC-10 Most Valuable Senior in 2009
*Helped Beavers capture the DAC title in 2007 and 2009 and an NAIA National Tournament appearance in 2009
1965 BASEBALL TEAM
*Started the season 10-0 before recording a 24-6 record on the season
*Captured the Western Half NDCC Championship and NAIA District 12 Champion
*Fell to Omaha in a 3-game series to earn a berth to the NAIA College World Series
*Three players signed professional contracts (Dick Belisle-Astros) (Jim Limke-White Sox) (Chuck Van Camp-Orioles)
*Finished season with the 9th best team batting average in the NAIA and Jim Limke was one of seven undefeated pitchers in the NAIA with a 7-0 record
