On 07/23/20 at approximately 08:13 AM, officers responded to NW Minot for a report of an indecent exposure. A female victim reported that a white male in his 30's, pulled over to ask her for directions. The female reported that the male asked her to come closer to his vehicle and when she did so, she observed him to be openly masturbating. The female was accompanied by a friend who managed to snap a picture of the car before he drove away. Officers were able to identify the vehicle with the photograph and through an investigation, determined the driver to be 25 yr old Mesa HOLLOMAN of Mohall.
Later that day, shortly before 3:00 PM, detectives located Holloman in Minot where he was subsequently placed under arrest. During the arrest, Holloman became combative as detectives attempted to control him. They were able to gain control of HOLLOMAN and he was eventually transported to Ward County Jail. Since HOLLOMAN stopped next to school property during the incident, he was charged with C Felony Indecent Exposure (within 50 feet of a school) as well as Preventing Arrest.
