February 22, 2024 Online threat directed towards Erik Ramstad Middle School earlier this afternoon
Local authorities were notified of a threat directed towards Erik Ramstad Middle School around 1 p.m. this afternoon that was posted to a social media platform. The investigation led to the identification of a 15-year-old juvenile suspect, who is charged with felony terrorizing. Out of an abundance of caution and in cooperation with school officials, we continued to provide an extra presence to ensure the safety of Ramstad's students, faculty, and staff.
