Minot Police Department
On February 8, 2017 at 12:34 AM, a vehicle was stopped in a parking lot in the 2300 block of North Broadway.
The investigation lead them to believe there were illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
A Minot Police K9 was used to sniff the vehicle and she "alerted" on the vehicle.
A subsequent search revealed several grams of heroin packaged for sale, along with a digital scale and packaging material.
The occupants of the vehicle, Anthony Falcon and Christianna Lavallie, were arrested for Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Heroin Paraphernalia.
They were taken to Ward CountyJail where they will be held pending their initial appearnce in district court.
