MINOT, N.D. - Trial dates are set for a man accused of corrupting a minor.
Prosecutors say that Ward County narcotics officers found sexually explicit photos of a 17-year-old girl on a phone owned by 35-year-old Thomas Drumgold II.
Investigators say that Drumgold also had sexual phone conversations with the girl last June while in custody in Ward County.
He will stand trial July 18, though the door is open for a plea agreement, and he could face up to fifteen years in prison on the three charges.
Drumgold faces felony drug charges in two separate case files, though no trial has been set.
