UPDATE: Jolie Bell was located on May 4, 2017, at a local Minot hotel. She was taken into custody at that time. Later on that same date, Bell ran away again and is still missing.
The Minot Police Department is requesting your assistance and the assistance of the community in located a 17 year old runaway, Jolie Marie Bell, DOB November 21, 1999. Jolie is 5’2’ tall and weighs approximately 163 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen during the evening hours of Monday, April 10th, 2017.
