The Full Story:

October 3rd is Techies Day! This is the day to go up to your office technician and give him or her a big ol’ hug. The tech guy was there when your explicit Google search froze the whole office network, and he even blamed it on the weather (it was barely drizzling).

You might be thinking to yourself, “What’s the difference between Caramel Custard and flan? Not much. A Crème brûlée, for example, is a baked custard made with sugar and thickened with egg yolks and cream. It’s topped with sugar that’s broiled or torched until it becomes a delicious hardened crust. With a flan – or caramel custard – the custard baked in a caramel-sauce-lined dish until it’s firm, but also soft and wiggly.
