A Statement From Minot Mayor Chuck Barney:
After much thought and deliberation I have decided to not run for an additional term as Mayor of Minot. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in public service but after over 16 years it's time to pursue other interest and opportunities. I am grateful for the trust placed in me by the citizens of Minot and the outstanding City staff that do so much for our community.
