Chris Gash and Jenn Sudol met in ninth grade at Clifton High School in New Jersey and were high school sweethearts. And three decades later, they just got married in the same hallway where they first met all those years ago.
The couple dated for a year before breaking up as teens. They stayed friends over the years, while they were each in other relationships and had kids. Then a few years ago, they started emailing more and eventually got back together in 2016. When wedding talk started, he thought it would be romantic to say “I do” in the hall where they had lockers in high school.
Sudol admits “It felt the same, but looked very different. And Gash says he couldn’t “imagine a better place” for them to tie the knot.
