Press Release from the Minot Police Department
SUMMARY OF CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING INCIDENT:
On May 18, 2018 at 12:34 AM, officers responded to Don Bessette Motors for suspicious activity.
Officers found a broken window and located a female inside the business.
The female was identified as 31 year old Michelle A. Kasper.
The investigation revealed Kasper broke into the business with the intent to steal a car, but police responded prior to a theft taking place.
Kasper was arrested for Burglary and transported to Ward County Jail.
