The Minot Public School Foundation has an urgent request: As the temperature drops and grade school children play at recess in the cold. Some don’t have waterproof gloves. As you shop for others this holiday season, please consider buying a pair of mittens or gloves for these children in need. Drop off every Monday through Friday at 215 2nd St SE in Minot. Bethany Lutheran Church invites you to their Lutefisk and Meatball Dinner, Saturday December 9th from 11am to 4pm - Tickets are $22 for adults, children ages 6 to 12 are $10.00. There will be a holiday bake sale and take out meals will be available.

The Pioneer Village invites you to Christmas at the Village, December 9th and 10th, 1:00 to 5:00 each day. Enjoy hot beverages, Christmas treats and the a true Christmas village wonderland. The Pioneer Village is located 6 miles west of Minot by, Burlington and admission is free.

The Friends of the Library Book Sales are always a good time to stock up on your next reads. This is a free-will offering sale. Take what you want, give what you can. All proceeds will go to the Friends of the Library, whose aim it is to help the Minot Public Library.

Minot Parks is excited to announce their inaugural Pickleball Christmas Classic. Saturday December 16th at the Cameron Indoor Tennis Center in Minot . THE 2024 CROP OUTLOOK MEETING FOR WARD COUNTY WILL BE HELD AT 9 AM ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20 AT THE NORTH CENTRAL RESEARCH EXTENSION CENTER IN MINOT. THIS FREE PROGRAM WILL COVER THE CROP MARKET OUTLOOK FOR 2024, CROP BUDGETS, AND AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS THAT NDSU EXTENSION OFFERS.
