The Minot Police Department has received notification that Donald Lee Cooper Jr. was apprehended on outstanding warrants issued by this jurisdiction. The Minot Police Department is working with authorities in Milwaukee but cannot comment on the apprehension of Cooper by the US Marshals Service. All inquiries about the apprehension of Mr. Cooper should be directed to the US Marshals Service.
Cooper was wanted on outstanding warrants for: Accomplice to Murder – Extreme indifference, Attempted Murder -Intentional or knowing, Reckless Endangerment – Extreme Indifference, Terrorizing – with a Dangerous Weapon.
