Minot Police arrested and charged Marty Gefroh with Criminal Trespass, a class C- Felony, after a resident of a Northwest Minot address, reportedly found him inside her home on Friday October 23, 2020. The resident called police, but the suspect fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival. Upon further investigating, officers established that Gefroh forced entry to the residence. Offices located Gefroh on October 24, 2020 and placed him under arrest. Gefroh is in custody at the Ward County Jail.
