On January 9, 2021 at 10:40 p.m. the Minot Police Department and Minot Fire Department Responded to 225 22nd Ave NW (Economy Lodge) for an active fire. A joint investigation by the Minot Fire Department and Minot Police Department resulted in the arrest of Renee Delorme for Endangerment by Fire, a class C-Felony. Delorme is in the custody of the Ward County Jail awaiting her initial appearance. One person was transported to Trinity hospital for smoke inhalation.
