The Minot Police Department arrested 19 year old Perfecto Ramos and charged him with seven counts of Burglary (Class C felony) and one count of Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle (Class C Felony). In the evening hours of April 4, 2021, Minot Police investigated the burglaries of several SE Minot businesses, in the early morning hours of April 5th, a caller to Minot Central Dispatch reported a male in SW Minot that was entering vehicles. Officers responded to the area and located Perfecto Ramos. Evidence was collected and linked to Ramos to the Burglaries and Unlawful Entry of a Motor Vehicle. Ramos is in the custody of the Ward County Jail awaiting his initial appearance.
