Ryan GMC Buick Invites The Public To Celebrate Flag Day Event

RYAN BUICK GMC CADILLAC, DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS TO MARK FLAG DAY WITH PUBLIC EVENT

Lunch Fundraiser to Support Local Veterans Causes Includes a Flag-Focused Program and a Drive-Thru Option Open to the Public

Minot –  In response to the overwhelming community support for Minot's local veterans shown at its Flag Day 2021 event, Ryan Family Dealerships will again team up with the local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) this Tuesday to pay tribute to Old Glory while raising badly needed funds to support local veterans causes.

“The team at Ryan Buick GMC, working with our good friends from the local chapter of the DAV, helped pull together a great public event last year," said Kathleen Gaddie, owner/operator of Ryan Buick GMC. "We had a tremendous public turnout, a great lunch, a moving ceremony, and, of course, raised a good amount of money to support the medical needs of our local veterans. We are so excited to bring back this event to honor both our flag and the men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect this great country."

The lunch program begins at 12:30 sharp and will feature remarks from local veterans, as well as musical performances and an honor guard from the Minot Air Force Base.

The lunch itself is free and will include the option of a bratwurst or hamburger, as well as different summer specific sides. A freewill offering will be collected. All proceeds will go to support local veterans, with a special emphasis placed on helping to meet veteran’s health needs.

"We are so very blessed to live in this country," said Gaddie. "We look forward to seeing everyone Tuesday."

The program and lunch are open to the public. Lunch will be served from 11:00A to 1:00P on Tuesday in the lot at Ryan Buick GMC Cadillac.
