Arrest Made At The Barley Pop In Minot

On February 23, 2017 at 9:59 PM, officers responded to a report of an assault at the Barley Pop on North Broadway. The officers noticed the victim had visible injuries to his face and the investigation also revealed he had been knocked unconscious from being punched. The suspect was identified as 35 year old Clancy David Mcintyre. The officers made contact with Mcintyre and placed him under arrest for Aggravated Assault (C Felony) and transported him to Ward County Jail.
