In response to recent inquires received by the Minot Police Department, we would like to remind the public and licensed alcohol establishments of closing requirements on Easter.
A new ordinance allowing alcohol establishments to remain open until 1:00 am the morning of Easter, passed on first reading/vote at City Council Monday evening. A second reading and vote at City Council is required by law before the Ordinance has legal effect. This reading/vote is scheduled at City Council on April 3rd, before Easter this year.
