SUMMARY OF CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING INCIDENT:
Minot Central Dispatch received a report of a stabbing at a residence in SE Minot via 911 call. Officers arrived on scene to discover a female victim and initiated CPR. A male was taken into custody on scene and identified as Bradley Morales. The female victim was transported to Trinity for medical care and is currently listed in critical condition. Morales was transported to Ward County Jail and charged with Attempted Murder (A-Felony), Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance (Ecstasy), and Possession of Marijuana.
