At approximately 01:19 AM, dispatch received a report from a female that a male, who was identified as Kyle GRAY Jr, had shown up at the residence and had a handgun. GRAY was pounding on the door and fired a round while outside. GRAY, who was known by the victim, went into garage and stayed there until officers arrived on scene. According to the victim, GRAY had made a comment earlier in the night that he was wasn’t worried about any type of police encounter while having a weapon. SWAT was called to assist officers. At approximately 3:05 AM, GRAY exited the garage without incident and was taken into custody. GRAY was arrested for Terrorizing (Class C Felony) and transported to Ward County Jail.
