On 6/23/19 at 7:49 PM, officers responded to a report of individuals potentially trespassing at a SW Minot residence. When officers arrived, they located and detained three people at the residence. Through the course of the investigation, a Nissan Titan that was reported stolen on 5/29/19 was recovered. David Kunkel, Brandon Besselman, and Maria Gergen were all placed under arrest for Possession of Stolen Property, a Class B Felony. In addition to the stolen property charge, Besselman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three were transported to Ward County Jail.
