JEFFREY MARTIN LILLEY recently updated his registration information with the Minot Police Department as a SEXUAL OFFENDER showing he has moved within the city limits of Minot.
LILLEY has been deemed a HIGH RISK offender that is required to perform LIFETIME REGISTRATION.
LILLEY was convicted on 1/23/2003 of Abusive Sexual Abuse, Abusive Sexual Contact, and Aggravated Sexual Abuse. He was also convicted on 1-17-2001 of Abusive Sexual Contact. The victims were minor children.
LILLEY moved to the current location of 2 W University Ave #3 in Minot.
