SUMMARY OF CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING INCIDENT:
On February 22, officers responded to a report of a vehicle parked downtown with a broken window due to a brick being thrown through it. While officers were on scene, it was observed that three vehicles in the same parking-lot had their tires slashed. Multiple businesses downtown also had their windows broken. Later in the day officers responded to additional complaints of windows being broken in NW Minot. No arrests have been made at this point and the incidents are being investigated.
