Public assistance needed to help locate individuals
The Minot Police Department is seeking the public's help to locate Cyngay E. Merjil. Earlier today, Merjil took her two children from daycare without legal custodial rights. Their current whereabouts are unknown. Dayrion Riley, 9, was last seen wearing a light blue tank top and blue jeans. Anya Riley, 6, was last seen wearing a black floral sundress with various color flowers. Cyngay Merjil may be driving a silver Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban with ND license plate 889DEV.
